I am a computer junkie and also a fan of online sales especially the ones that come during Diwali because the offers are huge. I think it is the best time to buy any type of electronics item because you not only get a discount on MRP but also get offers on different bank account credit and debit cards upto 10-20% which can help save a lot of money. This year’s sale will begin by the end of September or may be in mid October, but before that you must plan what you need to buy and what things to buy. If you want to buy a laptop, then don’t worry now because I am listing all the best laptops in all different price ranges from expensive to affordable. You can blindly buy this laptop during sale and you will easily save up to 10,000 and even more on them as per my experience of previous sale.
Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 Gaming Laptop:
I got my hands on the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16, thanks to my office colleague and let me tell you, it’s an amazing gaming laptop. Sure, it may not have all the fancy extras like colorful keyboard lights or a super fancy screen, but do you really need those when the important stuff is top-notch? Inside, it’s got a powerful 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700HX and an NVIDIA RTX 4050 graphics card. These work together like a dream, handling all the latest games with ease, even on high settings. In my tests, both the processor and GPU performed incredibly well. Plus, the laptop comes with a bright 165 Hz WUXGA IPS display, a sturdy build, a pretty good keyboard, and even a decent battery life (for a gaming laptop, that is). In plain terms, this laptop is like a beast under the hood. It’s built for gaming, and it shows. It’s fast, it looks good, and it doesn’t cost a fortune. If you’re into gaming, this laptop is definitely worth considering.
HP Laptop 15s:
This is another great laptop with 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1215U. It has a 15.6-inch FHD display. It also boasts 8GB DDR4 with 512GB SSD. The laptop comes with Intel UHD Graphics, backlit KB. Another great thing about this laptop is that it is very thin and light. So you can carry it anywhere anytime. This laptop is distributed by my office to employees that don’t have their own laptop and have to do multitasking. It can handle almost all office work with ease and can also be a good multi media partner as it comes with dual speaker and sound quality is also great. So if your usage is normal like office work, writing, watching movies and web series and even graphics designing, then this is a good affordable choice.
HP Victus Gaming Laptop: https://amzn.eu/d/bep0GIq
Don’t just look at the name that it says gaming laptop. This is also good for someone who wants to do graphics designing and video editing. There are different variants available with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, NVIDIA RTX 3050 GPU, and a huge 15.6-inch FHD IPS display with 144Hz refresh rate and 9 ms response time. The variant that I have linked has 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. You can also look at the 1TB SSD one if you want more space. The laptop has a backlit keyboard so that you can work at night or in the dark without any issues. It has good performance from the reviews that I have read online and HP provides good after sales service so you can trust it and go for it without any worries.
ASUS [SmartChoice] Vivobook 15:
Now this is a laptop for someone who doesn’t need to do hardcore gaming or Graphics designing. This is good for kids who want to learn laptop and do things like typing, creating presentation, use it for multimedia purpose. The laptop comes with Intel Celeron N4020, which is a decent processor and can handle all tasks with ease. It boasts a 15.6″ HD display. The good thing about this laptop is that it is thin and light making it perfect for kids and even parents. The laptop comes with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD with integrated Graphics. Remember than it is an entry level laptop, this is not good for graphics designing or video editing or gaming.
Dell 14 Laptop:
My favorite brand when it comes to laptops. I have always loved Dell because of their impeccable after sales service and how long their laptops last. This a good laptop for mediocre gaming, graphics designing and video editing too. The laptop comes with Intel Core i5-1135G7 Processor which is amazing in itself. It boasts a huge 16GB RAM along with 512GB SSD which you can expand in future if needed. This laptop comes with a decent 14.0 inch FHD screen with Comfort View feature. The company also offers 15 Month McAfee antivirus for free. It also has Spill-Resistant Keyboard, which means you don’t need to worry if you accidentally drop liquid on it. This is best mid range laptop available currently. You will easily get a discount of 6-7k during sale making it worth buying.
I hope this list helps you in choosing the right laptop. I have tried to include different brands for all sorts of users so that you can get variety. Lenovo has also launched a fair amount of laptops recently. Those are also good but I have found that Lenovo laptops don’t work well after 2-3 years and I believe laptop is a one time investment so it is important to get right value for them. I think it is better to look at laptops that are good in long run.
It is good to be flexible on the models because major price drops will be done on specific models only. It is a good idea to keep some specifications in mind and find similar models that are on sale.
There will be price drops in each category of laptops: one gaming laptop, one low budget productivity laptop, and one high end business laptop. Similarly, there will be separate models on Amazon vs. Flipkart. I hope someone posts them as soon as offers are revealed.
Lenovo laptops are built to last. I am not sure about the Ideapad range. That is relatively cheap. I have a bad experience with low range HP Pavilion laptops.
I understand your point. The list that I made is on the basis of the best laptops in different price range. From 30,000 to 1 lakh, so that anyone can choose according to their usage. I think these laptops are high selling laptops so there are good chances of them getting discounts during sale.
I also like Lenovo Laptops but my experience with middle range has not been good and in high range, I think Dell, HP or even Acer are better.
HP laptops are good these days for low budget. I have been using one for last 4 years. It is outdated but works very well. No heating. Very less sound.
Yes, HP has good range of affordable laptops in 30k-40k. They also have good features and service of HP laptops is good as well.
While buying a new laptop gives us goosebumps, my take is to go for second hand purchase. In second hand laptops, we are likely to get our required higher configuration at the same time the price also becomes much cheaper. The vendors r giving a months warrenty and it’s ok. When you buy second hand laps, the vendor will really do good service in terms of support and also respective conversations. Because he will need references for purchases through our links. And some extra advantages can also be demanded depending on availability. My take to try once with full trust. You will be happy.
Well, I am not a fan of second hand items when it comes to electronics like Laptops. No matter how much you check them, their is a chance that it may have some sort of issue. And, it is very tough to find vendors who provide good service for second hand devices. but that’s just my experience.
I have been planning to buy a new laptop, and this post has been insightful. The festive season is here, and so are the amazing discounts at stores and online shops. Looking forward to finding the best laptop with a great deal. Planning to visit the nearby Croma store. My net bet would be on Amazon!
