Who all are using JioMart?

Am I the only one not tried JioMart yet? Or it’s just another grocery store I can give a pass?

  1. I don’t see a reason to switch from Amazon, Flipkart and local shops to JioMart.
Though JioMart might have a lot of funding, it appears not so professional based on what I hear and see. Prices are not lower, delivery isn’t any faster. On the other hand I enjoy a lot of offers as part of Amazon Prime and Flipkart Plus.
    So, I’ll pass.

  2. JioMart has unique features that make it better than competition. Shipping is FREE unlike other platforms where the minimum order amount is required for free delivery.
In addition, JioMart accepts sodexo card for food items which is great. With offices closed, there os a lot of sodexo balance unused.

  3. JioMart sell everything, and not just groceries. It might make sense for them to acquire a company like Flipkart in order to leverage the reach to rural India.

    1. Jiomart order online? It accepts the Sodexo Zeta Card as payment method. Only for food items. Non food items and delivery charges can not be paid by Sodexo. Also Sodexo paper vouchers are not accepted during cash on delivery orders.
Paper vouchers are accepted in the offline stores.

  4. You are good if you have not tried Jio Mart. The service is so bad I am frustrated after trying few times. No professionalism in order delivery. No accurate time slot. They will say order will be delivered in next 2-3 days. We keep waiting. No status updates nothing. And on last day they cancel the order citing random reasons. This happened modt of the time we tried. Never again Jiomart. And their app is a crap.

  5. yes, I have visited the site. But the first thing is that it is lagging and the whole process of purchasing is not indexed properly. Also, all the products that are available on Flipkart and Amazon are not available here. I don’t like doing shopping from Jiomart, I prefer shopsy, Flipkart, and Amazon instead!

  6. Jiomart sucks. With all the money, Ambani could have purchased something wellbuilt like FLipkart or Snapdeal rather than building a crappy platform with crappier service.

  7. My experience with Jio Mart was very poor. It was almost a year ago when I ordered some groceries from Jio Mart, and to my utter dismay, only half of the products were delivered under the excuse of unavailability of the rest of the items.

Even their app was very slow and got hung several times while placing the order. I am not sure if they have rectified their operations and worked on improving their app, but I am never trying Jio Mart ever again as there are far better options, such as Big Basket and Swiggy Instamart.

  8. I have used JioMart. It is just another app to buy grocery items. It offers good deals for some items, but I didn’t find the services to be good enough. However, you may use Flipkart Plus or Amazon Prime for the best deals if you take my recommendation on it.
