Nose strips have been a great product for getting rid of blackheads in both men and women. It is a better alternative than other ways of extracting blackheads that can be harsh and a little painful. Earlier, there were only a few brands that would sell no strips, but none of them were effective. I have tried a few local brands, but they didn’t work. A few years ago, I came across a brand named Hiphop, and it was a game changer for me.
Hiphop
HipHop nose strips are really effective and remove blackheads significantly. You just need to apply a little water to wet the nose and place the strip over the nose. It stiffens within 5- 10 minutes. Once you peel it, you can see all the tiny hair and grime on the strip and your nose is all clean and clear. It is one of the best ways to achieve a clean nose free of black and whiteheads. The best thing about the hip-hop strip is that it is not rough on your skin and doesn’t cause any redness or bumps. However, you must not use it more than once a week or 10 days as frequent usage can be harsh on the nose.
Hiphop nose strips are available online on Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa. They are quite affordable, and you can buy a box of three strips for around INR 100.
Sanfe
While I was aware of the Sanfe products and had used their face razor, I was surprised to know about their nose strips and instantly ordered them online. The process of using the strip is the same as Hiphop, but I found it a little less effective comparatively. I could see some particles on the strip, but the results weren’t as good as hiphop. Also, I found the strip to be a bit harsh. It left the corners of my nose red and irritated.
Verdict
Sanfe is competitive with hip-hop from the price viewpoint, but quality-wise, hip-hop is a clear winner for me. It is effective and doesn’t cause any irritation or rashes. However, one can try both the strips and decide for themselves.
