That activity can be well handled by almost any laptop you pick at around 30-40k. I would suggest then you look at the form factor and looks. Assuming you will be on the move and the laptop should travel with you, I would suggest thin and light models (still powerful). Here are some:

Or just go ahead search for laptops on Flipkart or Amazon. Look for 8GB RAM and at least core i3 (or ryzen 3) processor. Everything else is upto your taste: colour, shape, weight, etc.
Is portability a big requirement? Then think about 13 inch options.

Yes 13inch models are costly, made for people on the move. 14 inch is the right balance between mobility and size. You will get many options to choose from.
