After not being able to recline, I decided to invest in a second chair for added comfort during my work hours. This time, I opted for a Green Soul Gaming chair. Man, I have never been so impressed with something like a chair before. I definitely liked the superior cushioning that didn’t wobble when I reclined. This chair, also purchased from Amazon, cost me Rs 18,000. I know it is expensive but almost all gaming chairs are pretty expensive but they have really good comfort for working long hours. 2. Measurements: The ability to adjust the chair’s height is crucial for ergonomic reasons because our back needs proper support. And also proper alignment with my PC or laptop has helped me improve work efficiency and reduce issues in my eyes.

3. Longevity and Durability: Recognizing the chair as a vital piece of my workstation, I prioritized durability and longevity. Investing in long-term comfort is a wise choice. I evaluated the chair’s strength and firmness in critical areas such as the base, armrests, seat-back, wheels, and reclining system.

I tried this by visiting a furniture store near my home and in my personal experience with this desk chair, I’ve found that the backrest is designed to align perfectly with the curve of the body. However, the reason I rejected the chair is worth noting. There are some drawbacks. The material used in the chair feels inexpensive and lacks durability. I also went to The Sleep Company store and tried this chair. Firstly, this is very expensive, not being a gaming chair. I liked the overall product quality. While it does come with a relatively higher price tag, it does use good materials, particularly for the bottom cushion, and offers manual adjustments for the armrests, back inclination, headrest, and height. However, within just a few minutes in the showroom I was able to notice the drawbacks. The cushioning on the chair is disappointingly thin and lacks any support. I began to experience discomfort in a few minutes. The so-called “ergonomic lumbar support” proved to be ineffective; it felt like they inserted a flimsy piece of plastic that did more harm than good by digging into my back. The headrest was equally disappointing. It was positioned too low, uncomfortably hard, and offered no adjustability, rendering it practically useless for providing the necessary neck support.
