I have had a good experience that I would like to share with everyone. I have bought innerwear from reputed e-commerce portals such as Myntra and company websites like Clovia. These are fresh products which are not used previously. I know it is one of the prime concerns of many buyers.

However, you can rest assured as the online portals clearly mention that one can’t return/ exchange the innerwear. So there is no chance of you receiving a product used or tried by someone. It ensures hygiene and trust in the brands. But as there is no return/exchange on inner garments, you need to be extra careful to buy the right size.
