I have been using Fibre Net at home since around 2011. The first one we used was WI5, which unfortunately got delisted as a company. They were offering a comfortable speed at that time for a very meagre amount of Rs.499/- per month.
Then came ACT. Which we got installed for a monthly payment Rs.2000/- We were the first level of customers for ACT in our area and the speed was excellent. We have even requested the salesman to tell their company to keep the same service and speed so that they will have regular customers.
Hathway was there for a few years, thereafter, but they were not good. Even now, they are not in good books of many.
Finally, we have gone for JIO Fibre, which understandably is a good choice because we get few more options along with one payment. Earlier, when we had ACT, we pay around 1400/- for net, another 799/- for netflix, 250/- to Tata Sky, etc. Totally, we used to spend around Rs.3500/- for such services. Now with Jio fibre we pay an all inclusive amount of Rs.1100/-, for which we get internet, all the TVs, and ofcourse Netflix and Amazon prime at extra cost – should we need it.
Ofcourse there are service problems with JIO, but not because of their inability, but due to certain rains and other unnecessary disturbances on our area. My take is to to with JIO and reduce your unnecessary expenses.
Dude, wish I could post pictures, I just got JIO Fiber installed at my home yesterday. I was using a local internet service which had high charges and bad speed. I took the 599 rs internet plan because I want to try out the speed. I paid 4240 for 6 months including GST. Before that I was paying 1180 for 1 month. I am really satisfied till now. I am still exploring the features of JIO Fiber. I will definitely share my detailed experience after 1 or 2 months.
thanks for being with me on this. I am sure you will have value for money with Jio Fibre. And for service disconnections they are very good. Please talk nicely to the installation guys and take their supervisor, and service manager numbers now itself. So that in future, if the service guy doesnot turn up, you can escalate without tension. I did this…
I have been using the BSNL broadband service for almost a decade. The service is just fine, but often there is a connection issue. I am planning to make a switch and Jio is one of the options I am considering. Seeing all these positive reviews I am going to explore the packages by Jio.
You can definitely go for it. Using since last two months and have only faced connection drop for an hour during that time. My family members use 3 phones and 2 televisions with ease using their 30MBPS plan. It is perfect and cheap too. You can try it.
