I have been looking into low-sugar and keto-friendly sweets lately as part of my plan to cut down on sugar while trying to lose weight. As someone who enjoys a sweet treat now and then, I was wondering if these keto sweets or no sugar sweets are really worth it. I have tried Stevia sweeteners from brands like Magicleaf before, and they worked well for cutting out sugar in my tea and coffee, but I haven’t yet tried their sweets or any other keto-friendly snacks.
Recently, I came across some brands like Keto India and Lo! Foods, which offer low-carb, keto sweets that are supposed to be healthier alternatives. I have seen Keto India selling keto brownies, cookies, and energy bars that claim to be low in sugar and carbs, which is perfect for anyone on a ketogenic or low-carb diet. But my biggest concern is about the taste, do they really satisfy that sweet craving, or do they taste artificial like some sugar-free sweets? Because sweeteners definitely can leave a bad aftertaste in mouth, the artificial ones.
Then there’s Lo! Foods, which has a range of snacks and sweets including keto atta (flour), namkeen, and even sugar-free chocolates. The variety looks promising, but again, I wonder if they are as tasty as they sound, especially since many low-sugar alternatives can fall flat when it comes to flavor.
Has anyone tried these keto-friendly sweets or low-sugar alternatives from brands like Keto India, Magicleaf, or Lo! Foods? How do they taste, and are they worth the price? Being so expensive, and do they actually help curb sweet cravings while staying on track with a low-carb or sugar-free diet? Would love to know your experiences with any of these or if there are other brands I should be looking at!
