So many brands are selling these, and almost everyone is using Smart as a keyword in their camera, like what? From budget-friendly picks to feature-packed powerhouses, there was a camera for seemingly every need and budget. So, I embarked on a research mission, diving deep into the world of wireless security cameras. Here’s my take, complete with the good, the bad, and the gotta-haves..

1. EZVIZ C8C:

  • Best for: Budget-conscious & wide-angle view
  • Loved: Affordable price, 360-degree view, weatherproof.
  • Worth noting: Lacks some advanced features like facial recognition.

The EZVIZ C8C caught my eye for its friendly price tag. But don’t let the cost fool you – this camera packs a punch. It boasts a 360-degree view, allowing you to see everything happening around your home. Plus, it is weatherproof, so rain or shine, it’ll keep an eye out. The only downside? It doesn’t have some of the more advanced features like facial recognition. But, if you’re looking for a solid, affordable option to keep an eye on things, the EZVIZ C8C is a really good contender.

2. Wyze Cam v3 Pro:

The Wyze Cam v3 Pro impressed me with its impressive night vision capabilities. Even in pitch darkness, I could see everything clearly and their demo was perfect to say the least. Plus, it offers free cloud storage with limited space. The ability to connect with both Alexa and Google Assistant allows for voice control is definitely a nice bonus. However, if you want extended cloud storage, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Arlo Essential Wireless Security Camera:
