Best Dinnerware Brands in India and My Review Based on My Experience

Dinnerware is an essential part of our daily meals. It is important to invest in them in such a way that they last long, considering the amount of money we put into them. In India, you can find dinnerware ranging from INR 2000 to 6000, and more, depending on the quality, material, and number of pieces. Luxury brands can cost you more.

Crockery is available in different materials such as opalware, bone china, ceramic, glass, plastic etc. All of these options are fine as they are lightweight and easy to use which makes them ideal for daily use.

My Verdict

Clay craft is one of the most premium-looking brands that costs on a higher side. If you have that kind of budget, and you host parties and dinners quite often, it is a good choice for you. Many of my friends have invested in the brand and can’t boast enough about how pretty the crockery and design look. It is contemporary in the true sense.

On the other hand, if you are looking for an affordable and durable brand, Cello and Milton are the perfect choice. We have cello dinnerware at our place and it has lasted us long without any breakage, cracks, and stains.

All of these brands are great and the choice of brand depends on your personal taste, preference, and budget. Do share your experience with these or other brands and which one you find the best.

  1. Our family has been using Borosil dinnerware for quite some time now, and we have always been impressed with its quality and durability. We especially love the Borosil Ultima collection, it’s a stylish one. The dishes are made from toughened glass, so they’re resistant to scratches, but if you have kids I won’t recommend buying glass ones even if it is toughened glass products. I have tried other Borosil products like their glass bottles and storage containers, and they’ve all been great. The glass is thick and sturdy, and the lids seal tightly to keep things fresh. I’ve even used the bottles for travel, and they’ve held up well.
