Hi Friends, which shopping site is more popular in your place? Amazon or Flipkart? In Delhi, I think Amazon is most widely used shopping site and very less people prefer shopping on Flipkart. Shopping at malls has its own charm and that’s why our shopping malls are always packed. How is it in your place?

Amazon is great in the city. But I think Flipkart is more popular in remote areas all over India. I have seen Flipkart’s own delivery service in small towns where Amazon deliveries are done by other courier companies like ecom express, dtdc, bluedart etc.
Agree to OP. Shopping in store or mall is the real shopping. Buying something online is a way to get the stuff without enjoying “shopping”. My personal opinion though.
Coming to online stores, both Amazon and Flipkart appear equally popular. You can read their festive sale performance report and decide for yourself.
Amazon is most popular. You can buy everything including groceries from nearby supermarkets too using Amazon. There are lot of offers in Amazon Pay and you can use it everywhere. Flipkart lacks these.
I can say Flipkart. Ekart courier has now opened shops in remote areas of India and hence Flipkart shipments and returns are much easier. Amazon has lot to do to earn trust of rural India.

Flipkart. People at my native in MP do not ever buy from Amazon. Due to high delivery charges I think.
Flipkart is growing into tier 2 and tier 3 locations with the new app called Shopsy. This is goimg to be Meesho competitor. Amazon seems not interested in tier 3 places.
Amazon is more popular in our area.Their customer care service is commendable I do have some good experience with their return policies .Every time you need any help their customer care are always ready to help you, they appoint someone instantly to help you answer all your queries .They answer your questions until your satisfied
It is a close call between Amazon and Flipkart but Amazon has an edge over Flipkart. Timely delivery, return pickup, and refund make it one of the most trusted e-commerce portals.
