I have been suffering from severe hair fall from the last 3-4 hairs. My hairline is getting bleak and I am 28 years old. I have tried a lot of products in the past and taken some medication, but nothing has worked for me. Their promises of personalized hair solutions seemed like true hope for my severe hair fall. However, four months later, I feel utterly disappointed and deceived.
Instead of witnessing an improvement, my hair fall has actually worsened. Every time I shampoo, it’s like a horror, with large quantities of hair clogging the drain. The advertised treatments seemed like a miracle cure, but in reality, they were nothing more than empty promises. I followed their regimen, hoping for a turnaround, but my hair continued to fall relentlessly.
To add insult to injury, Traya’s customer support has been really the worst of all. I reached out to them with pictures of my worsening hair, hoping for some guidance or support, but they simply ignored me. They just took a celebrity like Rajkumar Rao and are promoting fakeness openly.
I can’t help but question the authenticity of the before-and-after pictures that they are showing in the advertisement. It’s hard to believe that the dramatic transformations they showcase are real. I think they might be using paid models to deceive customers. Please don’t fall for it.
They also have a money-back guarantee scheme, which I tried to use after their products didn’t work at all for me, but they shamelessly refused and have not given me a penny back. I have spent around 10,000 rupees on their products and my hair condition has actually worsened.
My experience with Traya Hair Care has been a complete waste of time and money. I urge anyone considering their treatments to think twice. Their claims are misleading, and their customer service is non-existent. Please do not invest money in them at all. They will take the money and once you are disappointed, their customer service will treat you worse.

I would not try with all of the hair/health care brands mushrooming these days. Probably everyone is watching Shark Tank and coming up with a company. I don’t have anything against Traya Health, but most of these new companies sell promises that seem fake to me.
If something would help hair, it is already there in well known brand products. Please don’t risk your hair.
Tbh, I was too desperate because of my continuous hair fall and I gave in to Traya’s marketing. The gimmick they have established especially with the money back guarantee claim is quite astonishing. They are simply making people fool and at last, their customer service rudely disconnects and don’t even give half the money back let alone full refund. I agree that Shark Tank has made so many bad companies in the market, and most of them are just coming on it for advertisement. Most companies that come on Shark Tank are selected because of their story.
bro same here I wasted 6k on their so called customised plan and I swear it made my hair fall worse too their doctor kept saying give it more time like how much time does it take to stop damage seriously even the shampoo made my scalp dry and flaky did you get any proper diet plan or was that also just copy paste stuff.
