Apollo is one of the trusted names in the health sector, and hence, it took me no time to choose Apollo app instead of others. That doesn’t mean other medicine delivery apps are not doing great, but it was easy for me to trust Apollo. The app is user-friendly with an easy interface. You will get most of the medicines available with them. While you can order generic medical items without any prescriptions, for specific medications, you need to attach a prescription, or else you won’t be able to order medicine online.
They have amazing membership deals so that you can save significant money and get the delivery for free. Their services are quick as I have received the order within half an hour most of the time. What I appreciate the most about Apollo app is that it keeps you updated about the order via Whatsapp when the order gets packed and is out for delivery. Once the order is delivered, they even ask for your feedback.
The app also offers other services, such as booking your blood test appointment, digital consultation with the doctors, and pre-booking an appointment with the doctor.

I wouldn’t suggest getting anything from Apollo Pharmacy. It would be beneficial if Apollo Pharmacy offered a return policy where they could refund the cash for returned items. I’ve had difficulty contacting them by phone. The contact numbers provided for all the branches in Madhya Pradesh are not updated and don’t work. The service is very poor, and there’s no response even from customer care. It’s disappointing and frustrating to experience such poor customer service.
I am surprised to hear of the poor state of affairs in Madhya Pradesh. Here in Ahmedabad, Apollo offers one of the best services. I have ordered medicines online from them often, and till date the services have been great. I hope they improve their services and customer support in other states too.
